We were looking for some help with ants and saw that Stride had high ratings and reviews on google. Decided to give them a call and they happened to be busy but got back to me right away. Our technician, Raul, was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of our questions addressed all any concerns we had. He was extremely thorough. Every time we saw him, he was tackling another area we hadn’t even thought about. Been with Stride for about a year and a half now and all I can say is they are the best in my opinion! Just had a service done today and the tech Raul did an amazing job! We have been grateful that between the quarterly visits with Stride that they quickly get to us in between appointments when we have noticed more bug "activity" in our home. Each technician has been kind when they come over. Raul came to our house this morning for one of the "in between visits" and while he went around spraying the concerning areas, he went beyond and sprayed a couple more areas. He also shared an idea for using baking soda and vinegar in the toilet and other drains to help clean the drain and can also help keep the bugs away. I appreciated his professional attitude and his respectfulness in our home.

They were great. Raul R. was our technician and he showed up quick, and was courteous, professional and diligent. We had prehistoric gargantuan hairy spiders, and they appeared dead the next day, along with a dead scorpion. He also got rid of the 126 wasp nets that covered or house. He returned and did a thorough job ensuring they don't come back. I'm glad because I don't own a license for an elephant gun or an rpg, so I can't battle jurassic arachnids.
