Bob came to our house within 20 minutes of us calling about a swarm of bees in our front yard. He gave our 10 year old daughter a beekeeping experience as well as getting the bees out of there! Thank you, Bob!

Had an issue with what I thought were honey bees entering a spot under my eve. Bob was nice enough to drive to my house and check it out. He identified them as yellow jackets and not honey bees. Explained the difference and provided more information on what I could do. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Great guy! Thanks!

Called Bob to talk about a possible nest, and he helped me to identify the insects as yellow jackets. He took the time to speak with me and educate me about behaviors to look for, so I could make the determination myself without incurring cost. They are indeed yellow jackets, and now I can move forward without worrying about harming bees. If I ever do have a honey bee issue, Syracuse Honey will be my first call. We had a large colony of bees swarm our yard and land on a nearby tree. Bob came right over and efficiently and safely removed the Queen and about 30,000 of her bees. Thank you Bob!
