Tommy and his staff are AMAZING! I had roaches and mice in my apartment and reported it to my landlord. She had a pest control company come who put steel wool in holes and laid down gel for the roaches and I will still finding bugs and seeing mouse droppings. Out of frustration, I decided to call someone myself. My research lead me to choose TD Pest Control based on their stellar reviews. Tommy came and took his time to examine every nook and cranny, finding holes the other company did not. He discovered that the sewer cap was off in the basement, which was the likely source of entry for the reaches. He came up with a treatment plan for both mice and roaches that would eliminate the problem and not merely be a bandaid. Since Tommy's visit we haven't seen ANY mice or bugs. I also want to add that the office manager Meriam is a delight to work with. Thank you both for such truly outstanding service!

The agent Tommy was great. Had patience waiting for the tenants to open the door to let us in. Was apolagetic that he had to undue the beds in order to complete his service. Very well manored. If I need the services again id definetly wpuld ask for him. Staff as well was great, assisting with setting uo the appointment for next day. Offered further assistance if needed. Very pleased

We had a horrible drain fly issue at our office that would not go away. Tommy came and fixed the issue immediately. Very knowledgeable, personable, and patient. These guys have good prices, respond to you quickly, and handle your problem immediately. Highly reccommend.

The service was great and reasonably priced. The owner Thomas visited the day following my call to check for insects in my tenant’s garage. There were for lots of webs on the wood beams so he treated for spiders and ants as a preventive measure. I would definitely use them again.

I just got off the phone with Miriam (not sure if correct spelling) & I had to write a review for this company just based on that! I have PTSD over a mouse problem I had a couple years ago & horrifyingly: I just saw one in my kitchen. I've been shaking & having a panic attack (I really hate rodents). The company I used before& really liked is no longer taking clients so I was in search of a new one & saw these great reviews for TD. I called them & had such an amazing convo with Miriam that I made an appt ASAP. Miriam was so lovely, so professional, so calming & so wonderful that I actually calmed down. She really put me at ease and I am so grateful to have spoken to her (quite a feat since I was shaking, again, I really hate mice). I will write a full review or add to this one once I have the inspection and hopefully treatment/service. For now: THANK YOU so much Miriam, you are a Godsend...my sincerest thank you!
