EDIT: In the interest of clarity, I am editing my review and adding some pictures. Termike did not reach out to me until I posted a review, over a month after their service. Today, after I posted my original review, they called me from a number that is not associated with their business online and is marked as spam, so I didn't pick up the first time. I did pick up the second time. I asked them to respond to my emails instead of calling so there would be a written record. They claimed they never received any emails from me, until I sent them screenshots of the emails I previously sent. All screenshots of emails and calls are included below. Regarding the service: When Termike previously worked on our home, they did excellent rodent proofing and were very thorough and tidy. This most recent visit was the opposite. The new technician spray-foamed into our mesh crawlspace vent rather than patching with hardware cloth (as Termike had done in the past). The undersink work was sloppy and left gaps and sharp edges. The tech damaged our plumbing and left us with a leak. We ultimately hired folks to fix the plumbing and to redo everything, at additional cost. During the visit, the technician repeatedly argued with me about the work and insisted I was mistaken about Termike’s previous methods. When I continued asking questions, he became increasingly dismissive. This arose because I asked why he would spray foam a hole in a mesh vent rather than patch it with mesh, like they did before. My husband had to ask him to leave because the discussion was going nowhere and his work was not satisfactory, not to mention the broken plumbing. Termike has repeatedly invoiced me for $400 while not responding to any of my emails until after I posted this review. The company’s response here claims I used “derogatory language” and “threatened negative reviews,” which is not true. I have provided screenshots of all communication and there is no such threat or language in any of them. I posted this review only after being ignored for a month. I post negative reviews about companies when it is appropriate. I also post positive reviews. I try to be honest and accurate. It is disappointing that a company we previously had a good experience with handled this situation in this way.

They are the best pest control company. I had termites flying all over my house, Mike came and inspected and gave me a great price compared to other companies. My house got fumigated for 3 days , the team of termike tough me how to wrap my stuff and provided plastic bags. They are really nice people. I really recommend them for any pest control purposes.

The guys doing the inspection were on a different page than the guys tenting! Was quoted verbally $3400 to start, then it went to $4100. And finally it ended up being $4500. We were told the deck wasn’t going to be done but then they had to. My tenant had all her house plants on the deck covered with a tarp.

Saw his advertisements on Instagram and it made my whole day! TerMike is a wonderful man and a genuinely good human being. I’m glad to live in a world where terMike is keeping us safe from the evils of termites.

I have worked with this company for two separate cockroach infestations at my home, and the quality of service they provide is better than what I had ever expected for the price they offer. The customer service team is very responsive and communicative. The exterminator Jerry is a top-notch professional with decades of experience under his belt. Jerry can answer almost any question that one might have with great detail and will throw in a good story to go along with it. Because of his knowledge and experience, I was able to contain my cockroach situation and I haven't yet seen a re-infestation. Jerry was also able to provide helpful tips on preventing any further re-infestations as well. Overall, I am very pleased with this service, and if I am ever unfortunate to find myself in another pest situation, I would be more than happy to work with this business again.
