Provides clear communication about what areas she treated and any issues that she may have identified during her visit. Very thorough in her work. She is the best!

Herman is my go-to-guy for Terminix for the last couple of years. He’s very punctual with the quarterly inspections and very professional/courteous with his work. There has been zero issues with critters in my yard or inside my home. Anybody looking for an awesome exterminator look no further than Herman!

Our terminix technician is great. He always calls ahead of time and asks if there are any problems that need to be addressed. He always answers out texts with any concerns we might have and takes care of the problem. We recommend Terminix and our technician for providing great service.

Mr. Aaron has been a big help to us always coming in with a big smile and ready to get us situated right. Never misses he does an amazing job! Termix does a very nice job makes sure everything is in order and always making sure to come back to make sure everything is okay!

We use Terminix for our business and they are always so accommodating. John is our usual guy and he always thorough and detail oriented. A few months back, with the heat of the summer, we had a little extra critters so we called them and they were in that same day to do another spray down and inspection of our clinic. We so appreciate their services!

I love these guys. we had the worst german roach infestation- had no idea where they came from and after trying all the useless over the counter traps, I called Terminix. they had to come pretty frequently at first - those bugs were dying but not fast enough! now I schedule regular maintenance and the bugs are gone. I saw one dead one last month but that was it. I have them come as regularly as possible and it is the best peace of mind.

Terminix and Orkin both have a very crooked way of charging customers. Had to call 3 separate times to cancel service and demand a refund from future service - did not agree to service plan, and still received automatic billing - also did not agree to. Never received a refund. Had this same exact problem with Orkin years ago. Thought Terminix may be better. I could not have been more wrong! They only provide service plans at THEIR discretion, not on any sort of as-needed basis of the home owner.
