I want to commend the technician who visited my home recently. He was extremely thorough and attentive. He located a hole in the living room that I had previously mentioned to other techs the exact spot where I’ve seen rats disappear. That hole has clearly been there for some time, and he took the initiative to properly seal it. He also discovered a hole in the kitchen cabinet and another one outside near the roof. In addition, he identified an area where rats were likely accessing the roof by climbing a tree to gain entry into the home. Before starting any work, he carefully explained everything in detail, including what he planned to do and why. He then executed the job efficiently and professionally. The technician was not only proficient but also friendly, patient, and understanding. I truly appreciated his approach and would like to request that he be assigned to return for any necessary follow-ups, especially since he also found a bee issue outside the home. Thank you, Terminix, for finally sending someone who took the time to identify the root of the problem. I’m grateful for the progress being made in getting rid of these persistent and troublesome rats.

Paul Juarez is one of the best Technicians I’ve had so far. He was knowledgeable of the pest I’ve been dealing with, able to identify the different ants I was seeing. He provided insight on what I could do as an owner to help mitigate the issues. He was very respectful and extremely kind. I was so impressed I immediately requested the dispatch assign him as my regular service provider. I’m a very pleased customer.
