I had an exceptional experience while interfacing with Daniel Lachman. Even though he came to pick up the bait traps (as I have cancelled my service with Terminix), he was very professional and demonstrated superior customer service skills. Daniel is a great representative for the company. Had I dealt with him earlier in the process, there might have been a different outcome.

Jeremy, our technician, is awesome! He is always so nice and very respectful of our property when doing the inside and outside inspections. He answers any questions we might have and explains all that he is doing. Great customer service…more companies could use a Jeremy!

I had not had a great experience with the Scottsdale office a few years ago and was very disappointed with their local management when I had a termite issue. I had an interior home inspection by Daniel for termites. He was very thorough in his inspection from floor to ceiling. Great at educating the home owner on subterranean termites, performed his treatment, cleaned up and left in less than an hour! Great service and professionalism at its best.
