We had a hive of yellowjackets hiding under our fence. We noticed them after cleaning up in the back corner of the yard. Three stings and a wasp house invasion later, we scheduled an appointment with Terminix. On the day the appointment was scheduled, it was raining. Daniel investigated the area but there waa minimal activity due to the rain. He returned the next morning ehen the rain let up and the yellowjackets were back. He got about fifty of them and we are relieved. We highly recommend Daniel. He was kind, punctual and professional.

My Technician was Richard Miller Jr, who was a great Tec. He was able to provide me the important information regarding the activity around my house. He was patience and understanding of my needs regarding my issues. He made me feel assured with my decision as choosing Terminix as my service provider. I am in hopes I am able to keep Richard as my official technician.

David did a great job taking care of my pest control needs. He was very prompt and very courteous and very engaging. Terminix provides good services for a good price.

Today, I had a chance to meet and work with our Terminix technician, David. He has been servicing our home for Terminix, but this was my first chance to meet him in person. David came out today, as we were experiencing an issue with ants. He was responsive to our need for help, when arriving at our home he assessed the situation and identified the best course of action to treat it. He went above and beyond by treating the areas I identified as a concern and after doing a visual inspection, identified and treated some other areas around our home and in our yard. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to assist with some additional information and he indicated if we have any other issues or see any ant activity in the next few days to reach out and he’d be back to help again. I’m glad I got to meet David today and glad he is our Terminix technician.
