Hunter is professional & respected me. I have dogs so there is one side of my home I dont have treated & I do not want the techs walking thru my dogs "safe zone". He understood & respected that.

Brock did a wonderful job explaining everything today ie… where the rodents might be coming from, how they are getting in, future procedures, etc.. He looked around the outside of the house, he replaced and added traps, and made a suggestion for a further need. He was able to schedule a follow-up appt.

Terminix is phenomenal at what they do. Always show up when they say they will, do a great job with my services and overall awesome to work with. Can’t recommend enough! Highly recommend Steve Walburn and his team.

The technicians showed up on time. They walked me through what the termite treatment involved in detail. They did their work efficiently and cleaned up any debris or mess that was created. Before they left they told me what to expect over the next couple of weeks. All in all my Terminix experience was 5 STAR!

Kenny Brown is such an asset to Terminix and was able to give me all the information I needed to assure me I had made the right choice to have Terminix protecting my home. What ever Terminix is paying him is not enough. Great asset and knows his business.
