I cannot say enough good things about Arthur from Terminix! He is hands-down the best technician we’ve ever had. Arthur is extremely professional, thorough, and genuinely knowledgeable about pest control. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all of our questions without rushing, and always leaves us feeling confident that our home is well-protected. His communication is excellent—he arrives on time, follows up as promised, and truly cares about doing the job right. We look forward to our appointments because we know Arthur will take great care of us. Terminix is lucky to have him!

It was super simple to set up an appointment to get rid of an underground yellowjacket nest. The tech that came out, Isaias Baron, was efficient and knowledgeable. Once done he showed me a part of the nest and explained what he did and what to expect afterwards. Will definitely call them back if needed for any other bug removal.

This service, technicians, the initial inspector was exceptional. They took time to explain what was needed, showed what was needed and didn't try to throw in any extras. Straight up,clear, and the price for the scope of service was unbeatable. I will be extending my service contact because it is worth it.

I love my Terminix service. I’ve been with them over 7 years, taken them with me all over California as I’ve moved around and I won’t go to anyone else. They have great customer service, awesome people. I don’t see Terminix as a nice to have, but as a MUST have. Shout out to my current technician George who always does the best job!
