Sounded reasonable although couldn't squeeze blood from a turnip to get even a ballpark quote until the inspection. Side note: inspection is free and the inspector will be at the house today. Sounds like payments will be acceptable so 👍.

Clint petty has been doin my house for quite sometime now and he is a amazing guy I wud trust him to.come in my house anytime while.im.gone he. Does a amazing job and is very nice and very respectful if u ask me I think he deserves a reward and a raise keep. I wudnt want anybody else to do.my house other than CLINT PETTY. HES A GREAT GUY
