I’ve been having Tom come to the house and service our yard for probably a year and a half now and he is consistent and reliable. He lays down something in the yard that keeps the ticks and fleas away and I have only seen one tick since and it’s because the service date fell on a holiday. He always lets me know before he comes and lets me know the service has been completed. I’ve been more than happy with the work tom has done for us. He’s a stand up guy and I appreciate him! Joe was very pleasant and made sure to get the job done. He even gave me traps for the spiders I was having just incase I started to see them again. No one has ever left any traps after service in the past. It was appreciated and I’ll make sure to contact him again if I start to have any more issues.

Tom has been amazing! Always letting me know when hes coming and when services are done as well as when something is wrong with my account. Tick service has completely removed all Rick's from my 1 acre yard.

DO NOT use these people. The worst service, deceptive contracts, nobody calls you back. Their bed bug contract lists "vague" items as a service (very deceptive), and then they charge you OVER $100 for the same product you can buy on Amazon for $40. (as of March 2025).... Their techs tell you there are toxic chemicals to get you out of the house.... so you do not HONESTLY KNOW, what they have treated or not, because you're not their to see them. A week later.... bugs are NOT eradicated. See pics; they charged me for this mattress encasement that does not even fit or cover the mattress, and told me to duct tape it closed. DO NOT waste your time with this company. Zero customer service. Their customer service people say "we will request a refund", KNOWING nothing will happen.

Tom is great at communicating. We received a text the day before, the day of and after the service. He made sure we were satisfied and told us to let him know if we need anything at all. Great service!

My technician Tom does an excellent job every time he comes here I have had nothing but good experiences with Terminix at my old home and now at my new home. Recommend!!
