Tony was very thorough, on time and cleaned up after doing his job. Friendly and presented himself in a very professional manner.

I renewed my contract at the end of July. This is my third renewal. I have not heard from anyone to schedule my yearly inspection. I called three times with promises of a call within 48 hours and one call on the 4th with a promise that someone would call me within 24 hours. As of today, three work days later and a weekend, I did not receive a call or any messages. During my 5th call just now, she told me that I was put on the schedule for the 10th. For $300, this is unexpectable service. I did file a report with the BBB over the weekend after I allowed the promised 24 hour call back. Let’s hope that they actually do the scheduled service since I haven’t actually been notified by the local branch doing the service.

Brandon did a very thorough job today treating both inside and outside. I mentioned some tiny red bugs I’d seen on our doors and pointed out one on inside of door panel window. He immediately identified it as a clover mite and said treatment should take care of it. Also explained increase in their activity after yard fertilization, which I said yes TruGreen had recently been out. Good knowledgeable explanation and treatment. We’ve been very happy with our Terminix service and Brandon’s customer care.

Lucas is my guy!! He texts me to remind me of my appointments a few days in advance. I appreciate that! I even had to call him today from work about something I needed done and he totally took care of it for me. Great company and great service!

Terminex did a wonderful and detailed review of house, crawlspace, patio, porch and yard. We had wasps and spiders. The nest was identified in the patio concrete under the raised floor- difficult to get to but Howard was tenacious and got into that area. This is a company I would highly recommend. I especially appreciated the professionalism and expertise of Howard. Sally T

Previously my experience with Terminix has been good. They handled my termite treatment satisfactorily, so this review is purely based on the following. About 2 weeks ago I went online to set up comprehensive monthly pest control, and a service date was given of 7/5/25 from 3-5 pm. I received two emails (screenshots attached as proof) that confirmed that same information. I hadn't heard anything leading up to the appointment, so I called the day-of to confirm. Apparently my appointment was rescheduled to 7/9/25 without any notification or communication whatsoever being provided to me. I called multiple phone numbers and could not get in contact with the local branch to find out what happened. I kept getting sent to the national call center, where the best they said they could do was a branch escalation, and where someone would call me in 24-48 hrs. At one point I was even put on hold while the service rep was asking her supervisor what they could do for me, and I got transferred to an entirely new rep who thought I had just called. I had to explain the situation to 4 separate people. The portal online doesn't even say my appointment is on 7/9. It literally just says I have an upcoming appointment in July, with no additional info. No emails, no texts, no calls - no notification of this appointment change. I had planned my schedule around this appointment, and am furious. How can they just change appointments without any notification to the customer?? I'm half-tempted to cancel the appointment entirely and go with a competitor after this debacle. Once the branch finally calls me back in 1-2 days we'll see if this can be salvaged. This is extremely unprofessional and I'm not happy.

I’ve been pleased with the service I’ve received from Terminix here in Denver. Specifically, Tim has been extremely reliable, responsive, and informative — he takes the time to ensure I understand any issues I’m facing in and around my property, and he ensures my issues are fully addressed. I feel safe having Tim in my home to complete my preventative pest care, and I value his kind demeanor and excellent customer service. Thank you, Tim!

After my experience with Terminix, I wish I could give them zero stars and wouldn’t recommend anyone use them. Terminix is a large national pest control company and operates exactly like one. They are quick to come out if you call with an issue and give you a quote, but after the initial project is complete and they cash the check, good luck ever hearing from them again. The “tech” that comes out when you call is actually part of their sales team so they have a vested interested in upselling you as much as possible. Any major project they recommend, they don’t actually recommend they don’t actually do themselves but instead outsource to local companies. If you have an issue after a project is done and call, they route you to their call centers and any callbacks need to be requested in their system for 2-3 business days later because “they have no way to contact the local branch”. They consistently miss appointments, don’t arrive when they say they will, and are close to impossible to get a hold of. For any issues you may have, don’t make the same mistake we did and reach out to a local company instead.

If I could split this into two reviews, I would. 5 Stars for David coming out and doing spider mitigation. We have had almost complete resolution of a brown widow invasion that was completely out of control in the spring with only a couple visits by him doing inside and outside work. If I could give 2 start to the Terminex in Westminster for their phone service and termite inspectors, I would. I have called twice in two weeks to set up our free termite inspection as part of our annual service. Both times I set and appointment, and confirmed with the company on the phone the day before the appointment. BOTH times, the termite inspector was a no show. No text, no call, no email, nothing. The dispatcher swears the appointment is in our account and on the books, but no one shows. This is beyond frustrating. I have canceled clients and rearranged my work schedule to be home for the termite inspector twice, something I cannot afford to do, and they simply did not show up. Not a computer glitch; complete human disregard for their job. I will now be calling a third time and not holding my breath. It's infuriating.

I’ve been a Terminix customer for five years, and initially, I always had a good experience. When I called recently to put my account on hold due to a move, the first representative assured me everything would be fine and that my account would be paused until July of next year. At that point, I thought it was all settled. Unfortunately, I kept receiving messages about technicians still being dispatched, and each subsequent call gave me a different answer. After multiple calls, I was ultimately told I'd have to cancel my service. Because of that cancellation, I lost the grandfathered pricing I’d had for years. It’s especially frustrating because I know these calls are recorded, so they can confirm exactly what was promised and how it was handled. After five years as a customer, this was a really disappointing way to end things. I hope they review their records and see how inconsistent the service has become. Until then, I won’t be returning.

I should have done more research before signing up. I signed up for the exclusion and pest free 365 service. The exclusion cost around $2300 and consisted of a technician adding about 30’ of sheet metal at the base of my home. The pest 365 cost $325 plus $61 per month. I’m uncertain what I got for that, because the initial visit for that service was coupled with the initial exclusion visit and that took a little less than 2 hours total. $2600 for that amount of time and material seems excessive. After that experience I called to complain and was told there’s nothing they can do that the exclusion isn’t a single visit but a year long process. I pointed out that there were still visible holes and entry points for rodents into my crawl space and was told they need to leave those holes so the mice can get out. After a bit more of me going on about the poor service and high cost they offered me an additional year at no cost. I don’t see the benefit of additional service that I have called to complain about being dissatisfied by. All in all, this is a waste of money.

I am a realtor. As it is now a VA requirement, I set up what I was told it was a "FREE" inspection. Before I got the the property destination. I rec'd a call from the technician, he asked which unit was to be inspected . He then asked what service was to be performed, I told him it was to be the "free" termite inspection, he then asked what I meant by free, I told him it was just an inspection for my clients home purchase and my eta to the location. Upon my arrival, he then told me there would be a $350 fee for the specific form VA required for this 10. min inspection. IThey tech said he could walk away but without the inspection or form, feels like a bait-n-switch tactic, it feels like they KNEW what was being asked and l could've/should've been informed within the initial call at the least, but also by the technician when he called as well. I do understand people should get paid for their services, but the public should also be informed of said costs, not told it would be a "free: service.

I truly dislike the service I got from Terminix. The pricing / plans, and the ability to change or cancel is predatory. When I canceled my service it took about four tries with four different answers over 3 months on how to cancel without receiving a late penalty... Then to remove traps, they just showed up at my house with no consultation or approval came on my property and took the traps. No problem with them taking the traps. It’s just they showed up out of nowhere and left holes all around my house. terrible service and experience all around.
