Stephen is my technician and he is awesome. He’s there on time, does great work and ensures I know exactly what was done. He calls ahead to identify any issues and always takes care of issues we’ve identified. He’s truly wonderful to work with.

I just enjoy this company. They are great love that they response is very quick when you have any problem with any rodents I enjoy the same person that has been coming to our home for four years. He’s a blessing. That’s the only person I prefer.

I would have given a 7 due to my past experiences. Mr. Damarcus, the last technician to service my home is the reason for the score of ten. He is the best technician to service my home in 4 years. He found all 23 of my bait stations, and inspected all of them. He was very professional, and has a great personality. I am very pleased with my inspection.

I would recommend Terminix to anyone for very professional service delivery from start to finish . Quick scheduling and great team of professionals from Mr. Cary who gave estimate to Mr. Jesse and the team of guys who came out to treat the outside and underneath our home. Very detailed reports provided quickly and the online account management is a plus!

If I had photos I would definitely post them because my attic looks really good. The men were very helpful and answered my questions. I am very satisfied.
