We’ve been using Terminix for about 10 years. Beau has given us nothing but the best service. He is quick to respond if we have questions or need him to come out between service calls—even on a Friday afternoon. He’s a friendly soul who knows a lot about keeping us pest free!

Communication updates upon arrival by Specialist BEAU GAUTREAUX was professional, prompt, and detailed. BEAU showed up on time as he listed ETA, shook hands upon introduction, and he immediately & voluntarily took his shoes off before entering our home. This is BEAU’s second time since 2012 at my residence for examination and treatment (he was specifically requested). The attention to detail from him was amazing and professional as he serviced the inside of our two story home. He pre-explained every action he took. His product used was safe for pets and children after application applied. After full service inside our home, BEAU immediately went outside and applied his rodent and pest application to the windows , front & backyard grass area , and under the entire garage. We had a great experience from BEAU in all aspects.
