Terminix is good, but i believe theyre overrated. Staff are corteous no doubt, theyre punctual, good customer service most of that i met when they see my house. Few things i can say is that they over price the service i dont think its fair. Ive searched other prices for the service and theyre not that bad compare to terminix. Please update your pricing based on house condition, household income and others factors. Also when you do termite bait change, please be careful and fix the loan properly. One of the guy made a really big mess, he just dug up the bait leave the soil unfurnished. It does not look good at all. Some where touched some where not so it looks like im paying for the whole service and bait but only few where touched and done. Explain me why. Thanks concerned customer.

Technician was early for my appointment ..awesome! He explained everything he was at my home to do. He was polite & conscientious in all interactions . Joshua, went right to work and explained what he was doing and gave me tips to insure that myself & my pets were safe. All around great experience & reasonable pricing . Thank you Joshua G.

Joshua arrived within the time window I was given. He was an effective communicator & made sure to assess all the areas I have been having issues with. He was quick & effective. He even wore shoe covers to make sure he didn’t track anything in the house (loved this). Was just an overall great service!

Our new guy Josh who took Freds place came out today and spayed around the house. We love Terminix. We had Fred for years ( The Best) but he moved up in the company. So happy for him. Our new guy Josh who is so nice as well Did a great job and is so willing to do everything to keep us bug free which we have been and will be all thanks to the wonderful guys that work for Terminix. Our service tech Jonathan, has always done a great job and always lets us know when he is coming and asks if there is anything else we need for him to focus on. From the very beginning he explained the process and what to expect in the days following each service, which was very helpful. If we have ever needed him to come by before the next scheduled visit he would find time to come address our issues. I couldn’t be happier with Terminix or our service tech Jonathan.

My bug guy, Wesley went above and beyond for me and my family! I highly rate Terminix I highly recommend Wesley as the bug man. Wesley took his time and effort and care ported into every inch of my home for me and my kids. I really appreciate him. I felt heard he wasn’t in a hurry. He reassured me not to be embarrassed of my home. He’s a pleasure to be around I know for 100% fact that my Roach problem is gonna be gone! All thanks to Wesley! This guy truly deserves to be recognized and promoted! I used to have orkin, however, Terminix is where it’s at! Thank you, Terminix and thank you, Wesley!!! PS Do not go to Orkin!!!! Choose Terminix!! You won’t regret it! However, you will regret it with Orkin trust me! Thanks again, so grateful love y’all!!

Terminix did an amazing job! David was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. His attention to detail and quality of service were outstanding.
