I am really pleased with the service and professionalism of Terminix technician, Ken Beeler. He was thorough, careful, and pleasant in examining my attic, unfinished portions of my basement, and garage for signs of "critters". Even though it all looked good, he pointed out points of potential entry and showed me how to fix them, and in vulnerable spots he set traps - in case of mice do find their way in.

I’ve been using Terminix for a few years and have had a few different techs out. Top two are Saul and Caleb. They are not even in my immediate service area, but when they have come out, they do a very thorough job and make sure all my concerns are addressed. Both have a very friendly manner, call when they are on their way and take pictures to show the areas they checked out. Saul has been the go-to most recently and does a great job. I never know which tech is going to come until the day of, but when I get the call and it’s Saul, I’m happy to know a complete, full service job will be done that day!

Our technician Tyrone is always punctual, professional, and thorough in his inspection and addressing all of my concerns with patience and care. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Thanks to Tyrone, I feel confident that my home is in good hands.

Our service technician Vance is great. He communicates in person and via text about what will be done on the property that day. Our technician is a very nice man and explains everything to us. After our treatments our home is insect free.

Second experience with Terminix and this was a smooth one. My technician, Saul Camargo explained step by step each process that was completed, explaining the why behind everything. He even took pictures of the creepy crawl space to show me what was going on down there. Saul was very polite and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions while he was completing the service. 10 out of 10 experience for Saul! The job that these technicians have is a hard one and I just want to show my appreciation for Saul! Thank you for all you do!

Kenneth Beeler was a great employee for Terminix. He spent his time and went over every spot in my home to keep and prevent rodents from getting into my home. Would highly recommend their services.

A very thorough visit regarding possible attic pests. Steve and Saul were knowledgeable and informative. Also, very courteous. They took care of the problem and also suggested the removal of insulation. We are not going to do that at this time, but appreciate the info.
