Terminix has been maintaining our property for many years . The service people (Brandon) is very good and knowledgeable about his work . He is also personable and friendly. He also responds quickly via text messages and is always available for an emergency bug related problem. We don’t have a bug problem except for an occasional bee hive . The house has been bug free and rodent free for a long time so what they do is working.

Brandon our service technician was absolutely amazing. He showed up right when he said he would, he explained the services and worked with me to find the best course of action to treat my house. He is very kind and personable and would definitely recommend him for all your pests needs. He has a lot of knowledge and knows exactly what he is doing. Brandon has always been a great technician. His knowledge about keeping one’s house rid of insects is reassuring that my house is well taken care of. He always explains what he his doing and why. Terminix should be extremely happy that technicians like Brandon take their jobs seriously and for that reason I always when talking to neighbors give Terminix a good review and thats based on my experience with Brandon!!

We started using Terminix over a year ago because we were having a problem with carpenter ants. The technician that came out was Brandon and he was great. He’s been our technician every time since and goes out of his way to address any concerns I might have big or small. He even replies on vacation… Explains what he is doing and always insures it’s safe for our dogs. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Terminix is good but I think it comes down to who your technician and team is. We’re lucky enough to have Brandon who is incredibly responsive, attentive and knowledgeable. He always provides honest insight and advice and if we have questions or concerns, he gets back to us the same day with insight and next steps if needed. Big shout out to Brandon for the personalized service and professional help he provides!

Appointment was made quickly and Brandon arrived and did a wonderful job. Explained what was needed and came back for a second visit with Nest removal planned for in the future once “buzzing” is 100% resolved. 30 day service for a “1-time” visit is a great service. Highly recommended
