    KJ was very friendly and quick with his services. He was able to spray around our store while we closed and did not disrupt anything. He did a great job! :)

    Phil, is always ready to answer any question or concern that I have. Always happy to see him. Thanks Today is August 4th and I got to see Phill again,; he knows he can come to our building anytime because I know he will do a good job as always. We are and I am happy to accommodate him because he has became a good friend of mine. Always happy to see him. October 1 and Phil came to do what he does best...help us with any issues or concerns. More than just a tech he is a friend who makes me happy to see him every time he comes.

    Phil does a fantastic job going though our warehouse checking all the traps and reporting back to us what/if there are any issues. He is always willing to check out any other pest issues we may think is happening here. Phil is the best we would recommend him to anyone.

    Our Terminix guy is the best !!! He comes by work, and is always so friendly, and asks us if we’ve had any issues with bugs, etc. He is very thorough and does his job well.

    I am extremely disappointed with Terminix due to repeated dishonesty and poor customer service. First issue: When I signed up, I was sold a quarterly plan with the understanding that I would only be billed once per quarter and would not be charged if I didn’t use the service for that quarter. However, I soon started receiving monthly bills—even for months when I had not used the service at all. Second issue: When I called to complain and cancel my plan, I was told the charge would be removed. I even confirmed this with a supervisor, who assured me the same. Yet, the following month, I received another bill—this time stating I had two months overdue. When I called again to fix this mistake, I was told they could not remove the first month’s charge because their notes claimed I was “aware” of it. This directly contradicts what I was told and what I confirmed with their supervisor. This experience has been nothing but frustrating. I was misled twice, charged for services I didn’t use, and then refused a correction after being promised one. I would not recommend Terminix to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company.
