Service person was competent and professional. Explained what was done during today's call in understandable terms. Have never had an issue with service from Terminix-Wil-Kil in the years been a client.

I been really happy with the service. We have a mouse problem they came found the holes on the outside of our house and fix it. They had come back to fix more. Really nice and help. Really recommend them to get rid of your mice problem.

I needed an inspection done on what I thought was a bug infestation. I called and connected with someone who told me that a technician would be calling me shortly. A few hours later I got a call from Andrew M, he connected with me asked me question, answered all my questions and went out of his way to fit me into his really busy schedule the following day to inspect my house. He came by on time, communicated everything so effectively and helped ease my concerns. He showed up did the all through talked to me and had a wonderful conversation! Taking all my fear concerns and questions and made me feel so much better about everything. Was able to book a preventative spray service for the same week. Over all wonderful, professional and thoughtful care given by Andrew and would highly recommend him to anyone needing pest services!

Today's service was the most thorough I have had since starting with Terminix-Wil-kil. It was clear the servicemen was concerned about doing a good job. His efforts and willingness to address concerns were much appreciated.

Had a quarterly inspection performed on the exterior of the house. Technician let me know when he was on his way and when he arrived. I wasn't able to be at home during inspection but Technician did an excellent job keeping me updated via text. I feel confident my home received a high quality inspection.

Our employee who worked on our house was Aman. He was very friendly and thorough. He changed out some old traps for new ones and went through our entire crawl space. He worked on our house for about an hour.
