So pleased with the hornet nest removal service that Peter provided us. It was an angry, active nest right over our suburban sidewalk, and would have posed a safety hazard. Within 15 minutes, Peter had the nest bagged up, took it away, and treated the area where it was hanging to prevent it from being rebuilt. Also a pleasure to work with Julie in the office who was a great communicator in learning about your company. So glad we called this company, and left this job to professionals who clearly know what they're doing!

We had them out in the early part summer to do a preventative treatment for stinging insects, on our “new to us” home. At the time, they also had removed a few nests that we had found and few they found. A few months later, we found that there was a new nest beginning to emerge,as well as a paper wasp nest in a nearby tree. Both times they were extremely responsive, they made me feel like my needs were being heard and came by within days of my request. They kept us updated on timing and made sure that they communicated what they did each time. I was extremely impressed with their services, have recommended them a couple of times since and most importantly will continue to do business with them! Thank you for all of your help!

From the start of requesting service with Julie to the end of receiving service with Adam, my experience with The Bug Man and Queen Bee was easy and excellent. Julie was personable and efficient, and Adam was friendly and reassuring. Both reinforced my confidence in this company. It is so nice to have a small business that offers prompt, safe, and fast extermination services. The pesticide application dried quickly. The ants are bad this year, but payment online could not have been more convenient. This company's paperwork and service is very professional. The best part of all is that this company is veteran-owned and appreciates veterans. I was quoted $195 via email. They arrived on time and I took the, to the location we had been stung by yellow jackets. It turned out that there were two nests about 12 inches apart. The technician indicated that he would have to charge me for both nests and it would not be the original $195 stated. He did say he’d give me a break and the total bill came to $285. We would’ve understood this had the technician spent time trying to locate any and all nests on our property and if multiple nets were found in different parts of our yard. Since we had shown him the spot where the nest were and he did not have to do any research and that the two were right next to each other we were not happy and thought they were taking advantage of the situation. We did proceed with the work since both my husband and I have been stung by the bees and eradicating them on our own, was not effective. We are waiting the 72 hours, as advised, to see if the yellow jackets are gone for good. He did say if not they do come back free of charge. My rating is based on the experience with this company and the feeling we got on the up charge.

I decided to try this company because my daughter liked them and also because they are a local company independently owned. Peter was great. He did a thorough job and walked me through things making me a little more secure about what I was getting. The only thing I would say is when I made the initial appointment I feel like the services were over sold. By that I mean the cost was substantial for a one time application and the reason I went for it was the 6 month guarantee that was part of the appeal. It turned out my idea of a guarantee and theirs was a bit different. Peter, when he arrived, explained it in full to me. I decided to trust him in the process and go forward with the appointment.I am someone who will pay what good service requires but I really depend on trusting the company that sells me the service. I realize you have to be reasonable as a customer, I would suggest explaining the guarantee in full warts and all before the tech arrives at the customers home. My hope is the treatment does what I expect and I continue to call on them twice a year. Thanks to Peter.

I had huge bumble bees that has made a nest under the siding of my house. Long story short they ended up having to come out 3 times. They were so nice and didn't charge extra. This is a small business and i suggest using them over a commercial business. Its family owned and operated. They are so kind. The 3rd time they are out was due to bald faced hornets. Photos attached
