I live in apartments here in Garden Grove Ca.A very nice man name Mike came out and did an inspection for Termites. Thank God were good. He schooled me on everything concerning Termites pretty much. A very nice man. Really good with customer service. I much appreciate him and the Company The Bugman should too.

Very professional service. Organized and reliable. Matt, the technician, who is coming here every week is great! After finding some drops, I had glue traps put in house and poison traps set up around in the yard. Since then, drops stopped completely. I did a complete sanitation of my house and no more signs of any rats for over 3 months. But they're eating poisonous bytes in the yard, so that should be preventing a new infestation. Thank you.

I have monthly contracted service with The Bugman. I am very pleased with Matt , my service representative. He’s responsive, punctual, listens to any issues I may have and is generally a really nice guy. I recently had an issue with bee’s at my home. Literally hundreds of them . Matt re-arranged his schedule to fit a visit to my home the next day. He’s just extremely responsible and knowledgeable. Thankful for Matt!

Jon performed my termite service today and was very courteous and efficient. He was very accommodating as I was on a work phone call when he arrived, so he started outside to allow me to finish my call. He was very thorough, explained what he did and asked if I had a questions. We have used the Bugman for many years and they have been great, especially Alex, who is the person assigned to come to our house for quarterly services. He is always punctual and texts me a day in advance to let me know he's coming. Sometimes I forget to leave the gate unlocked for him, and he happily comes back another day to spray our backyard. Alex has been my bugman tech for a couple years now. He’s professional and able to listen to directions. I highly recommend him. He is one of the few technicians that come on the weekend. I also used their termite treatment this year. Keep up the good work Bugman. I had terminex before but their scheduling system kept messing up the schedule. Bugman at least follows my instructions. Alex always informs me 30 Mins before heading over.

We just had an excellent annual termite inspection experience with the Bugman. Rafael and Gavin were extremely thorough and very pleasant to work with. They treated a few areas of infestation locally and confirmed that tenting was not necessary. I immediately signed a contract for next year’s coverage and inspection and would be very pleased if Rafael and Gavin return to perform it. Five stars for sure!

The Bugman has been a fantastic service... no more critters that don't belong in or on my house! Raul does my service every quarter and is friendly and super-flexible (plus loves dogs!). I do wish they had a "half" plan to treat every 6 months for half the price instead, but the office said they don't. That's OK... the service has still been worth it and is reliably effective.
