One of my favorite businesses to work with because the owner and staff truly care about their customers. I just hired them for a second year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone else to consider working with them too. Here's an example why: I screwed up on scheduling my treatment (scheduled July date but thought I scheduled June date) and waited with no one showing up for the appointment. I panicked because I was about to leave on a trip and accused them of missing the appointment. BUT...it was me who screwed up! The owner answered my call and immediately jumped in her truck and came to my house within 30 minutes to provide the service herself. Amazing service! They also use high quality and effective chemicals. So you get great quality delivered by great people at a great price. I highly recommend The Exterminator, which is a local family-owned business. You won't be disappointed.

One price, all year and they come out quickly when there is a problem. In SWFL it is VITAL to have great pest control and these wonderful individuals fit the bill. This company is amazing! The owner Leann is so caring, kind and professional. I had an amazing woman named Sarah from the company come out to treat my property in an emergency situation and she was beyond wonderful to work with. No one wants bug problems but this company helped make the situation manageable. I am grateful for this company and all the good humans that make it up.
