As others mentioned, Rene is amazing and makes Top Grade Termite very easy to recommend. If you're on the fence, some things you should consider when deciding on TGT: 1. Knowledge/Education - Rene knows a ton, but he also takes as much time as needed to answer questions, not rush you, and help you better understand your home in general. For example, he pointed to evidence of subterranean termites in the past, but also informed me that our house was made with very dense wood which significantly lowered risk of a serious infestation. This helped us decide on going with a preventative application for a specific type of termite, and also rest at ease knowing we have good quality wood. 2. Responsiveness - Super easy to work with. Not hard to schedule calls or appointment times, and very straightforward. 3. Quality & Value - We had a preventative treatment done that felt very reasonably priced. Rene also helped apply some mild fungicide to help with other things in our house. On top of that, the guys were done very quickly and did not cut corners.

From communication to in person service, Rene and his team at Top Grade Termite was an easy process to get rid of the termites in my home. The team took pictures and video of the problem area, explaining where the problem was, how the problem was caused, and how they plan to treat it, and did it all professionally. After using a larger citrus brand company in the past, Top Grade Termite is hands down a fantastic company!

Rene and his team were wonderful to work with. They were quick to come do an inspection, very efficient in booking and coming out for full service and reasonably priced. Rene listened to my concerns and worked with us to find a solution that would work for our circumstances - in the end he was able to find an active area of termites that others had clearly missed! Rene was an absolute pleasure to work with. Was really responsive, honest and very communicative. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. I would recommend his service to friends and family.
