Top Notch Pest Control truly lives up to its name! From start to finish, their team is professional, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. The office staff—Sara and Kris—are absolutely amazing. They're always friendly, responsive, and make scheduling a breeze. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. As for the technicians, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dave, he has been thorough, respectful, and efficient. he took the time to explain the treatment process and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. I feel so much more at ease knowing Top Notch is handling my pest control. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that’s not only effective but also treats you like family.

I’m a commercial store and hired Top Notch for my services. They did awesome and were able to patchwork gaps where vermin were coming in, which is exactly what I needed. Activity drastically lowered in the first month and I’ll probably continue to call them for help. Even the phone service workers were great! Each time I worked with Akel and he was very kind and helpful in explaining the issues to me and what work he was doing in the establishment. 10/10

UPDATE 5/21: Chris came to service our apartment today and found a large hole under our dishwasher that we’re pretty confident was the entry point for rodents getting into our kitchen. (The dishwasher wasn’t able to be fully removed last time.) He made sure to check all other appliances including bedroom radiators and sprayed hardening foam over any suspect crevices and set new bait. We feel really good about things going forward and hope we don’t need to reach out again, but if we do we’re big fans of Top Notch and will continue to use & recommend them. December 2024: We just had Pietro come service our co-op unit and he was excellent. He moved appliances and radiator covers and filled up many holes. He was good with our dog, efficient, and made sure to remind us about the free 30-day follow up. We will use them in the future if needed.

I just used Top Notch twice. 1st for a yellow jacket nest, which are in the wasp family. Larry the owner came himself. They offered to return if not resolved in 10 days. At 10 days there was still some activity at the nest they returned and it completely stopped all yellow jackets. Two days later we had baby mice. They returned and he recommended a higher plan. They filled every hole in my house and went through it carefully. Then left mouse bait. All mice were gone in three days. Excellent communicators and great job done.

Highly recommend. Very responsive and friendly customer service, quickly found an appointment within days of contact. Akel was the technician who serviced my apartment, and he did a fantastic job in both the initial treatment and complimentary follow-up appointment. He was very friendly, explained everything he was doing and why, and gave helpful suggestions regarding structural solutions to prevent future problems. He went above and beyond to be helpful and cover every base.
