This company + Miguel Bautista goes ABOVE + BEYOND for us every time he comes. Spending HOURS every visit. We are so grateful he diagnosed our issue perfectly after THREE other companies failed to do so. Grateful is an understatement. Also a thumbs up kudos to Aaron and Steven who spent all day helping us tackle our issue as well

We have used Truly Nolen for 35 years, so we have had plenty of techs… Only 2 that have done a great job. So today, when a new one showed up to do my pest control, unknown to me I was getting another new person, I was uncertain. I am pleased to say this is the first time since Joe quit awhile back that Miguel was knowledgeable, pleasant, listened to my concerns, and did a great job. Please keep sending him as my tech.

Steven Gonzales has been our technician for years and never disappoints. Always addresses all of our concerns and provides information about what his extermination applications will involve. Very helpful and thorough.

Just signed up for this service(on a year contract) due to carpet beetles and Im very agitated! The tech they sent(the only thing positive about him is that his attitude is pleasant, he's nice and takes his shoes off when entering the house)seems very lazy and always in a rush to leave. Although he sprayed the outside of our home the first time he came, he made excuses on why he didn't spray/treat the inside. Three days later, activity picked up in my room and in my walk in closet which was very uncomfortable and that wasn't the case until after he sprayed. We had to call him back out to spray my room again and this time, I moved a lot of my stuff out the closet so he could do his job right and hopefully treat the vent in my closet since I seen activity in the closet and that's the only opening I could identify where they may be coming from. He made excuses to not treat the vent since he sprayed the closet, which he also did lazily! He sprayed pesticides over my items at the bottom of my closet and then lied about it and now I have to wipe down EVERYTHING I think the spray touched becaue he halfway closed the door when spraying, but I seen him spraying over my items. I told him where I wanted him to spray, and he sprayed the spray directly over the items at the bottom of the closet(he used a spray can!)when I cleared out the top of the closet where I wanted him to spray. Now I have to take an hour out of my day to undo what he did which wasn't much and wipe off my shoes and bags at the bottom of the closet(most of them are brand new). I asked him to treat the vent and he said the spray he sprayed in the air in the closet would take care of that! He didn't even make contact with the closet shelf surfaces! He just sprayed in the air over the shelves versus on the shelves in my closet! Very agitated, especially since I have to leave my stuff out (with company over) another two hours while I clean all while functioning on 1 hour of sleep!

Steven Gonzalez has been extremely thorough and attentive, great service, great communication. Took care of my pack rat problem really diligently even after it became apparent that it was more extensive than I originally was aware of, in my opinion went above and beyond. A+, 10/10, would call again

We have been with Truly Nolan for well over 10yrs. Our tech, Steven Gonzales has serviced our home for almost that long and does a wonderful job. He’s kind, thorough and knowledgeable. If we have had issues, he’s out same or next day which is amazing for how busy he must be. Truly and Steven are always responsive and we appreciate working with them. Thanks again Steven!!

In my opinion a 1 Star rating is way to generous. I've been a Truly Nolen customer for over 30+ years, but my last customer experience with them has left me quite aggravated. Based on the condescending response I received from Aaron (Truly Nolen Branch 141) on 8-6-25 and the lack of his promised next day follow-up, I have lost complete confidence in Truly Nolen and will no longer recommend their exterminating services to anyone. I guess being a long-time loyal customer no longer matters to Truly Nolen.

Mike, who inspected our house, and Elliot,who performed the treatment, were both professional and refreshing in their eagerness to perform their jobs well. We've been with Truly Nolan 141 for years, and have never been disappointed when working with their personal.
