First time customer for Truly Nolen. Paul, Mike, Diana and Jessica provided us excellent customer service. From the moment i called to inquire about the services to the moment the services were completed they took the time to listen to our concerns and provide us with information. They were also very professional. Overall, we are very impressed with the customer service. That is the reason we decided to try them out. Now lets see if the treatment works. We are hopeful that it will, they all seemed knowledgeable in what they are doing.

I can’t express how much I’ve come to depend on Truly Nolan’s services. Being a mom, the last thing I want to worry about is roaches. They have managed to keep them out of my house and if I do happen to see one, they send someone out the next day. Paul is a thorough service technician and with his work I’ve had great success in my home. He is a very experienced exterminator and very professional. Paul was our pest control technician that took care of the roach problem in our house. Since the start he was very professional and made us feel comfortable with him being in our home. He did a thorough inspection of the spots that needed chemicals to kill the roaches. Throughout the inspection he was giving us his recommendations for preventing insects to come in our house, and he was informative. We are happy he will be our technician, as we were very satisfied with his service!

Josh at Truly Nolen was extremely helpful in getting our roach problem under control quickly! When I called as a new customer, they fit me in for a consult the very next day. Josh came out to inspect and was extremely kind, professional, and helped us talk through our options. He even got us on his schedule for our first service the following day. Josh was very courteous during the entire service process and made sure I had no questions or concerns before he left.
