I have had an account with Truly Nolan for many years. Bo was the technician who came to my home today for my annual termite inspection. He called to alert me of his arrival, he was on time and professional. He conducted a very thorough inspection inside and outside. I was very pleased with his service and gracious manner. Great job!

I think the young man who serviced the home today was Jesse and he was wonderful. He called me when he was 20 minutes out and he was even a few minutes early! He was her to rodent proof my home and he explained everything he had to do as he was going to start the work. He was professional with a very nice personality. We love having Truly Nolen come by for our monthly services! Specifically Leonard, he is so friendly and the entire office looks forward to his visits! Bo was pleasant and did a very thorough inspection. I had signs of termite activity in a room where I had concrete to be poured for raising my sunken living room floor the next morning. Bo did a great job for us! He went over pictures of what he found explaining what termites love to eat and how to reduce the material that attracts them. He laid out a treatment plan and ordered other Nolan employees to do the job. Last he gave us a tour of the treatment area. I think we’re in good hands.
