Jerry Grissom did my annual termite inspection. He took the extra time to tell me about a spot on my porch that needed attention. I can’t say enough positive things about Curtis from Turner Pest Control. From the moment he arrived for an inspection, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond—climbing into a sweltering attic in the middle of the day to fully inspect and document everything. That alone showed his dedication and integrity. Curtis took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood the situation, and never once rushed the process. It’s rare to come across someone so courteous, hardworking, and genuinely good at what they do. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with any home service professional. I feel confident moving forward with the information he provided and truly appreciate how seriously he took his work. If you’re looking for a pest control company that values professionalism, honesty, and thoroughness, I can’t recommend this company—and especially Curtis—highly enough!

8/11/25 We had Darius B. come out today to check our Sentricon termite system. He did a very thorough job and informed us that all the stations he checked were clear of any termite activity. Darius also said he would return to reinstall some stations that were removed when some new landscaping was installed. Good job Darius. We are very satisfied with our Turner Pest Control service.

Andy M is the absolute best tech out there! He always makes sure our lawn and the inside of our home are in great shape. Whenever we spot a snake or mouse, he’s right there to take care of it. We can always count on him!

Wow! Today we had a routine scheduled maintenance visit with a new technician named Trent. He was incredibly diligent, thorough and kind and really did an outstanding job for us! I hope he’ll be the one assigned to us again next time. Terrific job!

I’m giving a 1 Star because there’s no zero. These people might be the most unprofessional group I have dealt with in recent years. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a first time client or it was a bad week for them. I called to set an appointment. I was charged, a hefty amount let me just say for a tiny job but whatever, I wanted it done quick, so I made the payment. I was then not given any information about the appointment except that it will be in 48 hours. I called several times to inquire. It’s all crickets. I was told the technician will call me. It didn’t happen. I went to their live chat support. It took 30 minutes to get a response and mid chatting, the individual just went off without any helpful information. I had to drive 77 Miles to meet with the technician on site and dash back to another job. I cannot even get an exact time of arrival. I usually don’t do these kinds of reviews but if you are going to charge someone $100’s of dollars pre-rendering your service may be in the very least provide a clear schedule for your customers. People have things to do other than beg for details for a service they already paid for!

We just had Sean come out to our house for pest control, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From the moment he arrived, Sean was incredibly polite and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, answered all our questions, and shared some really helpful tips for keeping pests away in the future. Sean was thorough with his work and made sure every area was treated properly. You could tell he really cares about doing a great job. It’s not often you come across someone so knowledgeable and dedicated. I highly recommend Turner Pest Control if you’re looking for top-notch pest control service!
