Our rep Brent was very knowledgeable about all things insects and how to treat them. The first tech we had didn’t do everything he did. He pulled out appliances and did couple other things to up the service. Mark did our termite setup and he was really good too. Both had great customer service and were professional in our home. The only thing I didn’t like was evn though we have their services for a year you HAVE to pay the monthly service fee on a monthly basis. I wanted to pay for the whole year when I paid for the setup and initial clean out cost. It’s nothing major but I’d prefer the option if I’m offering to pay upfront. Other than that it’s very affordable and they have many options for the issue you’re dealing with.

The 1 star is actually for the manager. He promised to replace my lawn after four weeks due to the damage done by his technician ruined my lawn with weed killer. The lawn was only six months old and now looks horrible. I expect him to keep his word and replace the lawn. It’s been well past four weeks and I’m sick every time I walk out the front doors. REPLACE ME LAWN ! There are approximately 12 spots like this. They have weekend my entire lawn and replacement is all I will except per our forest conversation

I’ve always had a great experience with Turner as my home pest control service. My technician, Jason, came out today and was very thorough taking care of insects and spiders all around the exterior of my home. I highly recommend them!

John always notifies us when he arrives, he always asked how everything is, if we are having any trouble areas. He spends a lot of time around the property making sure he doesn’t miss anything that might need attention. He has served our property for many year and always does an exceptional job.

Roland did an excellent and thorough job. He explained everything to me and made sure I knew about my pet. Definitely want him to come out every month.

Jason arrived on time and took the time to explain the entire process. When I pointed out the 2 large wasps nests that had been sitting under my 2nd story roof for the last few weeks, he not only advised that they could be easily eliminated, but after walking around the side and front of the house, he identified THREE MORE nests, both high and low, that I had apparently missed as they were camouflaged pretty well. After a thorough walk-around inspection, Jason handily eliminated all 5 nests within minutes and sprayed the area to prevent further infestation. On top of taking care of the problem, Jason was extremely professional, courteous and friendly, so much so that I have requested him to be our regular monthly 'guy'. Thank you Jason and Turner Pest Control for a highly efficient and enjoyable service visit!

David arrived at our property, introduced himself explained exactly what he was going to do and promptly set to work. We’ve had this service for about eight months now. David has done the most thorough job of anyone who’s ever shown up to do a service at our property. He will be a great asset to Turner Pest. 5 stars all around for David and his work ethic.

Turner Pest Control, in itself, is not at all who I would recommend. The termite technician, Roland, however is definitely highly recommended. He did a great job and did it almost entirely by himself since the other technician was someone Turner Pest Control knew was not allowed on our property, yet sent anyway. He had a great attitude. Super friendly. Very helpful and cleaned up as he went along well, which I was very impressed by since this is a very small, tight spaced house full of large furniture and fragile things. I didn't even have to dust after because he took care of it. The second technician that came to help was awesome, too, just didn't catch his name.

Robert was very communicative. He called to make sure when he could come to do everything and answered all my questions. He was early and got the job done quickly. I am very pleased with him and his timeliness.
