I had Maurizio service my house and he did a wonderful job!! He listened to my needs and did a professional job of keeping my house pest free. He was warm, kind and friendly, exactly what you want in a technician!! Great job Maurizio!!

Didn't get any pest control. I don't want anyone to lose their job. Not going to disclose time and location. But, I was changing lanes with blinker on with plenty of room and time as a Turner truck rushes up on me and blasts on the horn and road up on me. Later in traffic the driver just stayed beside me mimicking my speed until we had to part ways. Later the driver blew by me weaving in and out of traffic and riding the tail of everyone they came up on. Little aggrevating , nerving. Just a thought, even though the truck was presentable, clean appearance the driving courteous wasn't. I drove trucks for a living and know all about road courtesy. That person knew none. If Bad driving and behavior represent your company- I probably wouldn't use Turner.

Justin from Turner came out for an emergency visit this past Friday. He was very thorough, efficient, kind and professional. He also noticed a wasp nest starting outside and took care of that as well! Thank you for your hard work and coming out last minute!

Venom was fantastic—we always felt like valued customers, not just a number. But under the new ownership, service has gone downhill fast. I never received a notification that they were coming, and the technician repeatedly rang my doorbell despite the clear sign asking not to. He should have called me instead—just like Venom’s technicians always did. They also made sure to notify me at least a day in advance, which Turner failed to do. On top of that, Venom had me set up on auto-pay. In Turner’s initial emails, I could have sworn they said auto-pay would carry over—turns out, that wasn’t the case. So, I got the lovely surprise of an unexpected bill 🙃. When I called to cancel my service and settle the balance, the representative I spoke with was far from friendly—the complete opposite of any interaction I ever had with Veronica at Venom. I’m incredibly disappointed that Venom is no longer in business. If you’re reading reviews, pay close attention to the dates—Turner took over in November 2024. Any reviews before that reflect an entirely different company. I’ve since taken my business elsewhere.

If zero stars were possible this company would qualify beautifully. They bought out venom and it has been absolutely awful. I can not nor would I ever recommend this company. Did not fulfill a quarterly service and still sent me a bill I have motion sensors and cameras all over my property. The day they said they came they did not. My neighbors confirmed no one had been by the property.

Big shout out to Synjin Conner! He came out and did a full inspection and got in our attic. Explained how extrusions were torn out from the new roof we got and why we should seal up all of them. Explained the importance of trapping before doing the job. And gave me a much better quote than others. Very thankful for him being thorough and thoughtful. Turner does Steel extrusions sealing compared to others that just talked foam and epoxy which I feel more confident in
