I've had a great experience with United Pest Solutions. I have been a satisfied customer for more than 6 years. All of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They consistently go above and beyond when it comes to preventative care, which gives me peace of mind. When I requested additional support, they were quick to respond and set up traps in both the attic and crawl space without any hassle. Thanks to their thorough work, I haven't had any issues with pests since starting service. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and proactive pest control!

Referred to United Pest Control by very close friends hoping I would be on David’s route as they are so happy with his service. I am in his route and he is fabulous: thorough, considerate, asks my thoughts and concerns and listens. He is polite and friendly yet works swiftly, diligently. So very happy I have become U.O.C. customer.

They scheduled me the next day to remove hornets from my eves. Garrett was professional and explained everything and was done quickly. Excellent service all around. AND they had a discount and charged me exactly what they quoted. They're good.

I had an ant problem in my home. I am so glad that I called United Pest Solutions. They explained everything they would do on their initial visit, what to expect afterwards, and that it was safe for my small dogs. Their price was very reasonable. I cannot say enough about their technician Nathan. He was very polite, and was very informative. They had told me if I had any problems in between my bi-monthly visit they would come back out. Today, I saw an ant and they will be here in 2 days. I would highly recommend this company. They do everything they say they well, have great employees ,and they have great prices.

I would not use this company at all. We set up an exclusion and maintenance plan for a mouse problem, paid about $2,500, and have done almost all the work ourselves. They set up a few traps in the attic (did not even enter the attic fully, only set them from the ladder), and some bait boxes outside. Four minor spots outside the house were excluded. We expressed concerns that there was a bigger problem but were told there was not. We've had to do work with opening our walls in the basement (a separate issue) and were told that there would be no problems doing that, that there was not a mouse infestation and that there would be no mice coming into the house (by our pest control agent). However, they did get in. There is a huge nest behind the fireplace, inside the chimney in the basement. We have found and killed 4 mice so far ourselves, as well as done extensive exclusion in the basement. When we found a new area of mice today, we called (their website promises 12/7 same day service), and we cannot get anyone to call back or schedule us. We were told we would be seen next week (our agreement is for weekly visits until this is solved), so this will be the second week our regular visit has been skipped. We cannot get in touch with any supervisors, either. I would highly recommend using another company.

Mason was the rep that helped schedule my appointment and walk me through what treatments are best for my needs. He was very helpful and kind. Garret was my pest control specialist and was also very kind. He walked through my house with me and came up with a game plan to target my specific needs and made sure all treatments would be out of the way of my dogs so I don't have to worry. He seems like a really good guy and I am optimistic about working with him in the future.
