We’ve been with US Bug Squad for a little over 6 years. They are undoubtedly the best pest control service you can use. They are so easy to work with and put their customers first in their business model. Todd has been our tech the entire time and when he comes to treat our property, it’s like he’s family. He is very thorough and always checks in with us to make sure everything is going well. His knowledge of our needs is priceless and since we’ve had US Bug Squad, we have had no issues. Can’t say that about other companies who we’ve used in the past. Thought about maybe looking at a change just to see what is out there, but after talking to another company, we realized what we have with US Bug Squad could not be duplicated. Highly recommend them and if you are fortunate to work with Ryan as your Account Administrator, you are blessed yet again. It is staff like Ryan and Todd that make using this company a truly stress-free experience. Never change your business model—it’s the best!

Ryan and their whole accounting team are terrible. "Joe" took the time to pick up the phone and cold call me to do the job and mentioned i could pay 30 days after the job was done so I hired them. Now i will admit when it came time to pay i did not have the receipt nor any info on the company and since they cold called me i had no recollection of the name of the company so i figured they would reach out for payment soon and i would pay it then. Months went by and they didnt call me once. Not one form of communication. A few more months went by and i get a call from a debt collector saying they sent me to collections. Called Ryan and explained my frustrations and he neglected any responsibility and said its not their job to call to collect payment. They said they sent emails, which they did, but all of them went to my spam inbox. While I understand the emails going to spam is not their fault, TAKE 20 SECONDS OUT OF YOUR DAY TO CALL SOMEONE BEFORE SENDING THEM TO COLLECTIONS. Its funny because they had no problem cold calling me to make the sale....Terrible company

I have used the bug squad for over a year now and personally wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are extremely professional, always on time and Ryan is just an all around nice guy. Our lawn looks great plus our pup is no longer bothered by fleas. I would give them more stars if I could!

0 stars trash company no communication, was more then happy to pay but never received confirmation for the job being done nor a way to pay said company... sent right to collections. do not answer cold calls or let them do service. sincerely one pissed off customer

US Bug Squad is the BEST!!! We moved to Flordia 2 years ago and finding the right bug zapper was difficult. When I called the Bug squad, they were here the next day and exceeded my expectations! I had ants all over my pool deck and other creepy crawlers around the house. All were gone or almost gone in a matter of days! Ryan is absolutely the best! His customer service skills are excellent and always accommodating! Give the US Bug Squad a call for all your bug needs!

These guys are the best! They go beyond just coming out and spraying. The time and patience they have to answer my million and one questions about bugs and different sprays. Have definitely seen a reduction in bugs since they have started spraying. Thank you U.S. Bug Squad!!!
