Kyle was just here performing our regular service and it was probably the most thorough I’ve seen. Not to mention Kyle is very friendly and helpful with any question or issue we have. Did really great work. Been a regular customer for a while now and the piece of mind of having them on call is well worth it.

Bryn arrive very at the beginning of Valor’s service window! That was a plus because for the first time I experienced a deceased, small, four legged creature in my house. Bryn was personable, attentive to my concerns and thorough in addressing them! We had a productive and for me, instructive conversation! I would rate the service call as excellent. I had called Valor after calling many other companies and having another well none company come out the day before. Jennifer was very informative and assured me I would like their technicians, because I told her I had bad experience withe the tech from the other company. Anyway, Justin came out during the scheduled time abd right from the start he was very polite, calm, courteous and very informative. He was very patient because I had a lot of questions and was very upset about having mice in my kitchen. I had never had them in the state I lived in 4 months ago. Justin took his time, explained everything, assured me he could take care of the problem and not to worry, because it was not as bad as I thought. He was a very well mannered and educated, well put together in appearance for the company as well. Thank you Justin for a great experience, in my first time in such a bad situation with mice. Ask for this young man , you will be very pleased. Also the price was less than half of other companies as well.

Mark did the initial inspection and set up our treatment appointment. He explained the procedure and left literature. He answered questions about the pre-treatment checklist patiently and thoroughly. Ricky was our technician, and he did a thorough pre-treat walk thru. He gave us a timeline of what would be happening, and made sure we were comfortable with the process before we left the house. We texted several times throughout the day about the progress. Very considerate.

While I had to fill large holes, mice were still getting inside. But Kyle found the spot where they were entering and he fixed that. I also had the hose treated for ants. But not only did that stop the ants, it also stopped the spiders. Now I don’t have spiders (I live near a lake and there are alw always spiders). It’s so nice to be pest free! I highly recommend Valor a pest Solutions. I have used other companies but I have been the most satisfied wit this one. I highly recommend them!
