They were able to work with my schedule and come right out. Cory was who helped at my home, and he was amazing. He was kind and very patient with my many, many questions! He did a great job. Quick, professional, courteous... AMAZING! We had a problem with what we thought were hornets but turned out to be yellow jackets. Called these folks and spoke with Steven who was super helpful, answered all of my questions, walked me through the proposed procedure, and quoted me an extremely fair and reasonable price. Within literally an hour, Chase showed up at our door - WOW! He was super knowledgeable about what was going on and walked us through every step. He quickly located the nest (inside of our siding and NOT where we thought it was), dusted, and sprayed, and within literally minutes, the suckers were GONE. Chase let us know that it would take a couple of days to a week for them to completely go away, but there was definitely an immediate difference! This was yesterday and we haven't seen any activity since, but it's nice to know that they offer a 30-day guarantee where they'll come back free of charge if we see any more of them. I can't say enough good things about these folks - they handled everything quickly and they seem to know their stuff when it comes to pests. Now, if only they could help me deal with the other pests in my life (certain people I know).... Hehe

I highly recommend this company. Three years ago they got rid of a yellow jacket infestation in my house. This year it was ants. So far, so good. I do not see any sign of them. The technicians are courteous, friendly, and on time. What more can I say. Use this company.

Excellent service! Trad has saved our home from unseen wasp nests and ants that were nested quite far from our home. Called and received same day service. The tech they sent was very personal and professional. He took care of the yellowjacket issue quickly. He explained the process and what we could expect. I will definitely call them with any insect issues. Oh yeah, and the price was very reasonable!
