Robert was very efficient and helpful. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and answered all the questions we asked. Different employees come to service the house monthly but his work was exceptional compared to a previous worker, who while incredibly helpful asked inappropriate questions. Robert remained professional and we are happy to have Viking continue to help prevent bugs from invading our home.

Our technician Eric was very lazy and barely sprayed the spots we asked him to. The area we asked him to take care of was our basemeant thats in the process of being cleaned up (its a 50 year old basement that now me and my fiance have an opportunity to clean out due to a loss in the family)... when he walked outside he didnt see that our window was open and we heard him say DISQUSTING! So unprofessional and offensive... We know its not in the best shape right now but to hear that from someone who is supposed to be helping us, it was just hurtful and rude! Weve had other issues in the past but they were little things and they did their job ok, this time we couldn't ignore it. Eric was the worst and from now on i will ask the company to not send him to our home specifically!

Excellent, top notch service! We've had many technicians over the years, but Stephen Post was exceptional. He went out of his way to make sure every single nook and cranny was checked after problems with bees and a HUGE hornet nest which actually infiltrated a gigantic tree trunk. Brave guy, lol! Absolutely amazing service! I never had a service like this done before and when I inquired late at night they responded instantly (less than 24 hours) with a quote and set me up with the first available appointment. I wasn’t too happy about being on an annual contract but for what it’s worth they’re prompt with their service times, answer all questions and concerns upon arrival, and have affordable monthly rate plans that cater to you and your needs. I highly recommend. William was the tech on site for my service and he was phenomenal! He set the bar really high and Trina was a customer service rep who had amazing customer service skills when answering all my questions and inquiries over the phone. So far it seems like they have a greatly educated team who pride themselves in their work ethic and only want to supply us clients with great results! This company is useless! I called for help with mice. They came and set traps ( which I had already done.) for $311. They looked for the point of entry , found it and then said I would get a follow up call to discuss resolving the problem by closing the hole. No call followed except to ask me to sign a maintenance contract. Why would I do that if the job was not completed and a hole still exists.? Wasted trip and money!
