I highly recommend Viking Pest. Their workers were friendly and professional. They were very thorough in my initial visit, checking for all kinds of pests. Even better, they perform preventative maintenance, and no poison options where they can. They handled pests they found, but were mindful of my hummingbirds. I had hired 3 pest control companies in the Poconos since I moved here. I was dissatisfied with all 3. None of the previous companies really did much. They walked around outside, spraying what could very well have been water (bugs walked right through it with no harm), and charged me for it. Viking pest was recommended to me by my family, so I tried them. I am very happy. With that said here is my advice: You get what you pay for. In this game called life you can spin the roulette wheel and wait to see what happens, you can go with one of those other companies who only treat pests that are a problem (and poorly at that), or you can go with a company that also does preventative methods. I myself, would rather pay to prevent a pest infestation, than to go with someone else and have to pay for the damage that was done. Go with Viking Pest, skip the rest.

I’ve used B&D Pest Solutions for a few years now, and over that time have had 4-5 different techs service my home, including the owner Brandyn. All of them are always extremely professional and go above and beyond without a seconds thought. Their service and costs are fairly priced, and service is exceptional. Having used other exterminators before B&D, I can honestly say these guys are there to solve your problem, and in no way just finding ways to make money, they definitely earn the business every time. Top notch company, highly recommend.

Quality of Treatments - Their treatments are very effective, and they always resolve the problems. In a rare instance where the problem was not resolved, B&D offered to come back again and do another treatment free of cost. They always honor their warranty, and ensure the problem is 100% resolved. Customer service - Angie, the office manager, is courteous and friendly -she helps schedule and coordinate appointments directly with tenants (which makes my job easier). All their technicians - Christian, Eric and Jason - are very knowledgeable and professional - they leave details notes along (after each treatment) along with the pictures - on the portal. One can see the history of all the treatments and make payments online. Brandyn, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
