The technicians have been servicing my home so long that they are mindful not to show up too early as they are familiar with my work from home schedule. I'm very satisfied with Vinx and have been for a couple of years. Ever since they took over our pest control we've had zero issues with bugs, and their mosquito service keeps our pool area bug free during swim season. Highly recommend them!

He took person accountability for scheduling mix ups, even when it wasn’t his fault. He looked into the history of services, and scheduling communication to figure out what happened and why and he committed to getting it right. We’ve been with Vinx for the past few years as our pest control company. The service is always great. This time I called about rats in the attic. Jonathan came and evaluated the situation. Austin has been the only technical professional that I have at my home.I am sure they have tons others. However Austin has always pointed out others issues around my home that has nothing to do with Vinx. He saved me a water leak in sprinkler system….. He has great communication with homeowner even if they are not home…He checks in prior to arrival and when finished as well as checking in a day before to see what issues you might have. I highly recommend Vinx as well as your ability to have a technician you love always come to your home.
