Waltham Pest Services started out great for us- our original technician Jesse was so helpful and thorough, we didn’t have any major issues just fruit flies and ear wigs in the yard that he treated for. However after the first year, it seemed like nothing was covered in the contract. Wood-boring insects- not covered, bees nests- only so high, and then most recently, fruit flies aren’t covered either- so what’s covered?! When I asked the technician to treat our yard for earwigs like they did last year, he asked me what I wanted him to do and when I said I don’t know you’re the expert, he just drove away. So I cancelled my contract and filed a formal complaint. I sadly don’t think I’d recommend this company as it all seems like a money grab for them.

I had rodents in my building and Brad Carter came and was super professional!!! He did a great job I haven’t seen any mice in weeks. 100% recommend Brad he was awesome, I will be bringing him back to do maintenance on my building.

I was having issues with ticks in the yard. After calling Waltham pest services, we saw a dramatic change. No more pesky insects. Great job you would highly recommend.

Brad Carter was amazing we called 2 days ago and he was all ready to come by and take care of our ant problem! Very professional and gets the job done efficiently. Highly recommend!! Thanks again Brad!!
