After a total of five inspections a quotes, Watts had the best warranty as well as the best price hands down. Our technician Jahmaine was professional, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of the many questions that my five little ones asked him. He explained everything to us, and completed our termite inspection and service in a timely manner leaving no mess behind. We are very happy with the service we received from Watts.

I spoke a tech working in a neighbor's yard and called re having service in our yard. Office staff were quick to explain several options to us, answer any questions and have service scheduled quickly. Tech communicated with us to let us know he was on his way (at scheduled appt. time) and handled our service quickly and professionally. Very good tech and also answered a question I had.
