My experience with Wayne’s has been fantastic every step of the way. The first gentleman I spoke to was helpful, informative and able to get me scheduled very quickly. I received a follow up email with confirmation of services purchased and then received reminder texts - all of which I appreciated. The person who came to provide the service was also very thorough and flexible and while I was tied up with work he text me a recap. I always really appreciate when a company clearly values customer service and it showed that Wayne’s did via every interaction I had.

Wayne's has been great. They are quick to come out with any requests for another service, even if it's soon after the one they just did. Alicia is the best professional that they have sent out. She's through and just a great personality! And the best part? Less bugs! :)

Brandon does a great job on our pest control. He’s polite and respectful of our property. He’s punctual and even gives us a text when he’s on the way. I would highly recommend Wayne’s!

I did not have a very pleasurable experience due to a few miscommunications when signing up on their end. Make sure to ask about service price, included treatments, contracts and cancellations fees. They were not initially communicated and this was confirmed by manager on phone calls. Jordan did his best to resolve and make it up to me which I appreciate.

We've had Wayne's for a few years now and they are amazing. Yesterday the technician, Michael came by for our quarterly checkup. Such a pleasant experience. He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and got busy. Most times it seems like they are barely here 5 minutes and then gone. They ALWAYS do the job as shown by the fact we've had no issues with pests. But Michael seemed to take a little longer and was more thorough than some. Michael was engaging and professional. We look forward to having him come back for the next quarter.

Cal with Wayne’s Pest Control is the best! He’s always on time, super professional, and very knowledgeable about the products he uses. I appreciate how thorough he is when spraying my home, making sure every area is well taken care of. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I always feel confident my home is protected after his visits.
