We can’t say enough about Richard Lamb and the incredible service he provides! He always goes above and beyond when servicing our home. When we found a Bark Scorpion in our home we were not having it. We have small dogs and were afraid for them too. Michele at “We Do Creepy” was absolutely wonderful. Michele came and cleared out all the webs and bugs. We communicated our concerns and she really took care of us. Letting us know when she arrived and what she took care of. Our doggies recommend her too as they watched her work through our bay window. Michele will come by twice monthly. I would highly recommend Michele and We Do Creepy!

We love this company! We were rescued from a major ant invasion 3 years ago and have been very pleased with our services since. We had more ants coming in this season and James was very prompt to find the nests and the issue is resolved. He is super friendly, communicative and helpful.

So far so good. Anthony did our initial spray and Brian did our second service today. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. We have learned a lot about what we need to look out for and definitely have been given the feeling that if something pops up we will be taken care of. Also shout out Rory on the hoverboard for making the sign up process quick and easy.

This is a great company! If you need them to come back out between scheduled visits they are super accommodating. Erik has been our technician for a while now and he’s very professional and does a great job!

We've tried so many different pest control companies, but Creepy's product has definitely been the best at getting rid of the bugs and keeping them away. They always offer to come back for an extra spray if the bugs persist. They are always timely and the technicians are so kind and helpful. Some of the office people on the phone have been a bit rude, but other than that, I would recommend Creepy to all.

What an amazing experience with We Do Creepy. Rory who came to my door and explained all of the services and products offered with the service was very friendly and knowledgable. Enrolling for the service only took a few minutes and scheduled my service for the next day. Jesse was my technician and he was EXCELLENT! went over all of the paperwork with me, thoroughly explained all the products and safety features. He was efficient knocking down all the cob webs around the exterior, he removed 3 wasp hives from the overhang of my two story roof, sprayed the entire interior and exterior in about 30 minutes. Looking forward to future service from Jesse and the We Do Creepy team.

i’ve been with wedocreepy for a while now and it’s so easy and effective. they always get back to me if i have any questions or need an extra visit. communication is always quick and easy. it’s always a real live person from their office or their technician calling, which i really appreciate that it isn’t some recording or weird text. today our technician Justin was super nice and helpful. but all their people are nice. and overall we’ve had significantly less pest issues!!! normally we have a summer of cockroach sightings but we don’t have those anymore. and we always used to have wasps and we don’t anymore!

The pest control treatment for insects was great — I saw dead bugs the next morning. But everything related to the rodent service was a disappointment. I reached out because I was concerned the holes in my yard might be from other rodents, and they told me they would perform an inspection. That inspection never happened. They said the other holes were “ground squirrels,” yet it does not appear they checked or examined any of them. I asked about the holes before they left, and they still didn’t inspect or probe anything to confirm what was actually causing them. They arrived around 2 PM, and yes, the soil was moist, but nowhere near wet enough in my opinion to justify not placing traps — especially in areas where activity was visible. It hadn’t rained in two days, and the soil conditions were stable. What frustrated me most is that the mounds shown in my photos were already present during their visit — clear, active signs of gopher activity. They ignored those and instead set the traps in an area with no mound, no tunnel, no hole, and no sign of rodent activity at all. They said they’d return in 10 days, but since their visit I’ve already seen three new mounds appear — none of which are anywhere near where the traps were placed. They keep insisting the only issue I have is gophers, yet: • No real inspection was done • No holes or tunnels were checked • No probing was done • They initially claimed “ground squirrels” without examining anything • And they didn’t set traps in the proper areas where the existing mounds were I’m highly dissatisfied with the rodent portion of the service. I paid for a professional assessment and correct trap placement, but instead got guesswork and traps placed in the wrong location. This needs to be corrected or refunded.

We’ve been clients for over 3 years, and receive the best service from our tech, Blake. With a rustic outdoor space, we needed help keeping black and brown widow spiders in check. Blake and everyone at We Do Creepy provide attentive, reliable and courteous service that is super effective. We get the monthly organic application, which targets the venomous spiders, and avoids harming the beneficial spiders and pollinators. We also have bait boxes for rodents, due to having fruit trees. These are maintained during our monthly service. I love the reliable, prompt communication that this company provides its clients, and all the ways they help us enjoy our outdoor space safely with children. In all, I’m a very happy customer.

It's been more than 2 years that we are with this service. Before I sign up their service, there were battles continuously with ants inside and outside. Javier has done so thorough and thoughtful job when he visits our home each time. He even differentiates to sprinkle granules that don't harm my plants (which is very important to me!) I recommend their service if you need to protect your home and stay in peace of your mind.
