West termite has been phenomenal since we moved into our home. Robert has been fantastic every time he comes to the house. He's very good with the dogs and they are so excited to see him to get scritches.

Eric treats several of our locations. At our office he sometimes has to wait for specific areas to be available but he is understanding and patient. He treats inside and out - does a great job !

They work with my schedule, answer random questions I have or find someone who can and always get back to me promptly. When Eric treats my house he is on time, professional, and pays attention to details. Highly recommend.
