    I’ve been using Western Exterminator (in partnership with Terminix) since August 2024, and Greg has been my dedicated pest control specialist. He provides quarterly services and is always available whenever I call for additional treatments. Greg is thorough, professional, and friendly every time he visits. He takes the time to educate me on the treatments he applies, explaining the chemicals used and the best ways to protect my home from pests. His attention to detail and willingness to answer any questions make a huge difference. Today, March 8, 2025, Greg visited my property, and once again, his service was excellent. He is always responsive, reliable, and goes above and beyond to ensure my home is well-treated. I highly recommend Greg and Western Exterminator for anyone looking for top-tier pest control service!

    My experience with Western Exterminator has been great! They take care of a 600,000 square foot food facility for my company, inside and outside, in all seasons and all weather conditions. My tech Aaron goes above and beyond for us. I can call his company any time day or night for advice, service, support or any emergency. They have helped me get through last minute audits and picked up the phone on holiday weekends. I am very happy with the service I have received.

    Carlos Sanchez is the new pest control agent for my company and he was very easy to work with, very thorough with discussing what our needs were and how he can best get the work done in a timely manner. Carlos was friendly and easy to work with and efficient. He has plans to help get everything more organized to continue to improve on our pest control.

    Tony has been my exterminator for over ten years and has always taken excellent care of my house and property. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and explain what needs to be done. I highly recommend him.

    This was my initial service to address some roaches. Tony was just outstanding! Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable, plus he took time to identify the particular species and to educate me on the best approach to managing them. He was very respectful of my home and pets, and I hope that he will remain as my pest professional! Well done!

    Tony our bug guy is great! He is dependable and provides great service every month. My favorite attribute is how well he communicates. He texts me day before our service…and then day of when he is on his way. That’s very important to me. We have been using Western Exterminating for 10+ years. I highly recommend!!!

    We have used Western Exterminators for over 15 years and Tony has been our exterminator the entire time! I love the consistency of having the same person. He always texts ahead of time before arriving so there is never a surprise when he comes in the backyard to spray. We are very happy with the service Tony provides!

    I have been with this company since their days of being Arizona Exterminator, going through ownerships changes to Western Exterminator to the most recent switch to Terminix. I had a fantastic technician who the company decided needed to stop coming to my house in the far north valley, near New River and they assigned me a tech who lives in Apache Junction. I have always had service on the second Tuesday, every other month. It has been like pulling teeth to get them to continue to honor this long standing agreement. Most recently I talked to the tech's supervisor about the sentricon containers being two months overdue for maintenance. Supervisor said tech would do it when he arrived. Tech knew nothing about this and told me I needed to call in to the 800 number on the side of the van to call for service to the sentricon boxes. I called in whilst the tech was at my home. They scheduled me an appt ten days out. I got an email confirming appt, and a recorded message via phone. I waited home all morning... no one came. I called in to the 800 number to be informed that the company, in its infinite wisdom, changed my appt to a Saturday in November, without asking, informing or checking with me that this particular date works. It does not. I ask that a supervisor/manager return my call to discuss this. That does not happen. A new tech calls me and he is the termite guy and he can and will come to my house within a few hours of the call. I asked for his managers information so that this situation can be addressed. Oh I forgot to mention, went through this same scenario last year. Manager obviously deems I am not worthy of a call so I text him a long drawn out message regarding what had happened and he said he was the one to have the tech reach out to me. SLOPPY!!! Obviously I will not recommend or suggest this company to any friends, acquaintances or colleagues and the reason I do not quit with this company is that I prepaid FIVE years for this service. The tech did show up and took care of the service but this would not have happened had I not been pro active in making calls and emails. So much for the response from Western Exterminator asking that I reach out via the email address they provided. 3 days and not even an acknowledgement of the email receipt. Should I be surprised???? That is a definite NO!@# And another week with zero response. Down to one star now.

    I cannot say enough great things about the technicians that come and service my home and yard. They are pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. They take their time to address any concerns and answer all questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

    ***THREE WEEKS HAVE PASSED SINCE WESTERN EXTERMINATOR ASKED ME TO REACH OUT TO THEM SO THEY CAN FURTHER INVESTIGATE THIS.     The Service Agent was knowledgeable and patient. He not only had to deal with me, but my wife had a few questions that were previously asked by me. But Tony responded in a respectful manner providing specific information that was helpful. Tony is obviously a professional when it comes to providing services and in relating to his customers concerns.
