Bid was very responsible and included a thorough walkthrough of our entire condo complex. All pest & access issues were successfully resolved. Techs were friendly, thorough and did very clean, detailed and good work.

Julian has been a long-time service technician for our church, and I can sincerely say that his dedication to ensuring we are always well taken care of is remarkable. He truly takes excellent care of us and performs outstanding work. Given our large property, he understands our needs and has consistently met them.

He originally said he’d arrive between 9–10 AM, but when I told him I needed to open the garage before heading to work, he showed up an hour early—such a pleasant surprise. Richard is my technician and he is amazing. He has been servicing my apartment building for years and is always friendly, professional and patient when I ask him lots of questions. Richard returns my calls right away and shows up on time. I highly recommend him and Western Exterminator.

After calling several local vendors who were too busy to work within our small window, I was referred to Western by a national brand who said they did not do inspections for home purchases. Andy was on time and super easy to work with. For those in the process of buying a home, there is a charge for the inspection, $200 or $250, I can't remember, so when you call, let them know. Also, if there's work that needs to be completed, they will knock off the cost of the inspection on the work order, so overall, very fair. I think I failed to mention this was for a home purchase and there was a little hiccup when Andy came by, but he was very understanding and went ahead with the inspection. He is thorough and explained everything he found, what to expect in the report and in the work order. He also went out of his way to take some photos of the foundation for me while he was in the crawl space after I asked him if he would keep an eye out for anything unusual. (We hadn't yet had the opportunity to get down there). I'd give 10 stars if I could and I know who to call next time.

Our tech Simon is the best. He goes above and beyond every time. As much as it sucks to need to have the exterminator come our whole family enjoys when Simon comes for a service call.
