Aleesha , a new technician to our community at The Pointe is a delight to work with anytime. She willingly goes above and beyond during and even between her scheduled monthly visits. Although I am her contact person for our community, several individual homeowners have come back to me with positive comments in dealing with her. She is a hard worker that will hopefully stay with us for a long time. Angel was very professional. He was polite, and explained everything in detail. He performed exceptionally well for a 1st time inspection, trust me I've had quite a few in my life. If I was looking for a worker, I would hire him. It averages out to 70 dollars a month with a quarterly follow up. Of course if you have issues in-between you can give them a call.

I highly recommend Nelson from Western Exterminator. He is an excellent technician who takes great care in addressing customer concerns, especially when it comes to pest-related issues. Nelson is always patient and informative, taking the time to explain the treatment process and answer any questions thoroughly. He is also very considerate of families and their pets, making sure to use safe and effective methods. His professionalism and attention to detail make him a standout in his field.

7-15 Had really great service from John today. He was super accommodating about my last minute change in schedule which I really appreciated. He was super thorough and completed all the areas of my house and yard needed. He checked back with me when he was done and asked if there was anything else I needed him to do. I felt very much at ease having him work at my home.

I cannot say enough positive things about Chris at Western Exterminators. I was having an issue with silverfish in my apartment, and during the inspection he went above and beyond helping me to not only understand the issue, but also advocate for myself with my landlord and property manager regarding coverage. Since treatment he has been incredibly informative and helpful in answering my follow up questions. I have a sensitivity to these issues given a bad experience in the past, and he has been so kind and encouraging while also clearly knowing his stuff. He both helped alleviate my bug issue while also taking care of me as a person and that meant so much. Thank you Chris! My friends and I refer to him as “King Chris” given what a fantastic job he was able to do.

Kelly does a superb job and we've not really had any bad bug problems between her visits. She's very thoughtful, considerate, and listens and remembers what the problems are. As she said to me, when she comes around the corner, she knows ours is the house with the spider problem. I really like that she has been coming here for several years because previously it seemed like there was a different person every few months. It's lovely to have someone who knows what our issues are and how to deal with them. I gladly give Kelly a five star rating.
