    Marvin was fantastic and provided the highest caliber of service you expect when you hire a pest control company to service your home. He was knowledgeable about the issues present, mitigation measures, and products he was using to address the issues. He was highly respectful and polite, while keeping me informed of what he was doing and why. If I could specifically request Marvin for every servicing, I absolutely would.

    My tech Nathan is a very good worker. He always problem solves whenever I am confused about a problem I’m having. He is a very respectful person and explains things in ways I can understand.

    I’ve tried for months to remove a name off the account. They said they needed a copy of death certificate. I supplied, then they said it was from the in correct email on the account! They text me with her name on my phone number! These people in office are crazy! The service guys are awesome, good thing they are doing a good job!

    The reason for this review is due to lack of customer service that this company provides. To make a long story short we were charged $200.00 as a“ early cancellation fee” for a year contract that WE WERE NOT made aware of when the sales person came to our home, or from a phone call. The door salesmen offered a ONE TIME $20.00 spray for the inside and outside of our home as an incentive to use their company over our previous provider. The salesmen even said, which I have proof of on my ring camera, that if we liked them we could look into starting a subscription with them a few months AFTER the initial service. Once they sprayed the home and we paid for the first initial $20.00 spray, we received an email stating we had started a subscription. WE DID NOT AGREE TO ANY SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR OR AFTER THE INITIAL SERVICE. We have called customer service multiple times and at first they said “we agreed to the subscription over the phone and they have the recording.” We requested the recording and was told to wait 7-10 business days and that we recording would be sent via email or through our portal. We did just that and waited and nothing came about it. We called again and was told that the manager would have to call us back with a resolution. And to our surprise, each time we have called, it is the same story every time from them with NO FOLLOW UP. The last time I called, instead of being met with understanding and being transferred to this “manager” I was hung up on and was told that I was the one going around in circles WITH THEM?!?!!? Maybe have your manger or owner do what’s right and not have your customer service representatives taking the heat for other employee mistakes. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Payton exuded 10/10 customer service. He was attentive to my concerns and assured he addressed each need prior to leaving. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for my service. I was supposed to have a managers visit on today. However, the company dropped the ball and failed to schedule that visit. Payton was not a manager but he showed me today that he should be. This guy needs a promotion or raise!
