My experience with The White Knight Pest Control service definitely earned 5 stars. The support from Zak on the sales team and the technician, Michael was helpful, informative, and professional. The service plan was affordable and included monthly treatments for both inside and outside my home. The process was smooth and professional, with good scheduling and quick treatment. When I had an emergency, the technician contacted me to schedule an earlier appointment, showing flexibility and care for my convenience. Their communication was clear, and the pest control was done efficiently without multiple visits. This shows the company's focus on good customer service and quality products, making my experience very positive

This technician kept me abreast of his progress to my home and informed me a delay that was beyond his control. He arrived and was professional and courteous at all times. He sprayed under and behind places other techs normally skip. Quick, efficient, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this tech.

I would love an explanation as to why when they come every 2 months, and i pay 180 every time they come, I’m currently dealing with an ant infestation, spiders in every window and huge wasps nests. Now mind you i don’t typically have them spray inside bc i have large dogs but i found the ant nest, and its in my outdoor garage frame. I had to set a bait seeing as my son was bitten repeatedly tonight. Not to mention, locked into a 2 year contract with no way out? My recommendation is to beware. Also don’t believe the responses to to negative reviews. They do not care and put blame on the customer. As soon as i can I’m cancelling their services, although based on what i see even if i meet our contractual obligation they will charge us anyway. This company is predatory. It’s not the sales people’s fault, it comes from the top.

I was offered a great price for quarterly service per the door to door salesman. They push their bimonthly plan but I was told I could get the quarterly plan for the same amount per service. I signed a contract for this agreement. I had one service and was pleased with the service. So, when they informed me of my bimonthly service date, I told them I was supposed to be on a quarterly plan. They refused to honor what the salesman promised. He said he could not change it but would submit it for review. I received a message to call to speak to a “Customer Advocate”. When I called, the man said that none were available right now and informed me that my account had already been submitted for cancellation. I told the gentleman that I did not wish to cancel but he said it was already submitted. So, they lied to me and did not provide what they promised. Additionally, they canceled my account rather than discuss their failure to honor the contract that was agreed to. I text the salesman asking him to call but he never did. Very poor customer service and does not honor their word. I’d definitely look elsewhere. Thank you. Update: 9-16-2025 Not true. They know/knew who I am and coerced me to continue my contract for the year. They were taking action to charge me over $800 if I didn’t continue with them. I have no doubt they were going to come after me with a collection service. They are ruthless in their pursuit. So, I’m counting the months so I can be done with them.

UPDATE: They’ve commented on my review claiming they don’t have my information, now let me explain why that’s crazy for two reasons. 1.) I called and reported this and was out on hold for 10-15 minutes while “my information was being processed” and to be expecting a call. Never happened. 2.) They don’t have my information because I was never a customer, SO WHY ARE YOU IN MY BACKYARD?! So you may be wondering what this is, me too.. I have never even inquired about Pest Control from any company, but these highly intelligent individuals thought it was a good idea to come unannounced and uninvited into my backyard, put something in my lawn, and leave my gate wide open. If they can’t read a home address right.. how can you trust them? Luckily were not caught in the act, or this would be an entirely different situation.

Nathan was very thorough and honest. When he accidentally broke one of our plants, he called a supervisor immediately and then told me about it. I was very impressed also that the manager called personally to see what they could do to make it right. Honesty goes a long way in business and tells me that Nathan is a man of integrity and so is his management.

It’s the second time Roman has serviced my home and all I can say is that he’s done a great job. I was able to talk to him before he started the service to bring up some concerns and he was very understanding and explained what he was going to spray in the yard. He even asked if it was ok to spray the bush and trees which I appreciated. 10/10 service from Roman!
