We have been working with Pest 2 Go Pest Management for years now and there is a reason why! Chanel and her team are amazing! They do an outstanding job at treating anything we need taken care of. Prompt, professional and successful at any job thrown their way. Chanel is also great with scheduling and making time that will work with residents. Couldn’t recommend this company more! If you’re hesitant, don’t be. Just give them a call and see for yourself. :)

If I could give 6 stars I would. I called and spoke with Chanel on Wednesday and she was there on time and ready to get the job done Thursday. She was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with her services and glad that I trusted A Pest 2 Go to get the job good.

Chanel does a wonderful job for Deerwood Crossing Senior Residences. A section-42 senior property can be a hotbed for bedbugs and difficult to contain: Chanel gave us the science and causes of bedbugs here on the property and was methodical in treatment. She was courteous to the unique needs of various residents and her customer service skills are top notch. Her treatments are EFFECTIVE and help prevent future bedbug fiascos. She definitely relieves the headaches of any bedbug issues on site and we are confident in her getting the job done right.

I called and we were both ready to start the treatment plan and payment. Definitely affordable. They met up with myself and the landlord, and the knowledge they have is AMAZING. Very professional. She even taught my landlord a few things. Even though I canceled the treatment plan based on our whole discussion, i thank her for giving my landlord good advices on how to properly treat. I feel bad for making her drive to my location without a payment but grateful my Landlord and I learned a lot from her. Thank you a lot. If I know someone who is going through an infestation, I will be glad to pass on her info.

The representative Chanel that I initially spoke with inquiring about a quote for one of my properties was very nonchalant about my situation to begin with,which made me very nervous and feeling scared about the situation as a beginner investor/landlord and have never ever experienced any insects in any of my apartment buildings since I’ve owned them. She told me to think about it and call back if I wanted to move forward with their services. I literally called back an hour later left two voicemails and called back the very next day and never no response. VERY VERY unprofessional!!Thankfully I was able to get my problem solved by another pest control company the next day that took my inquiry serious and was very honest from the beginning, they treated the problem efficiently and gave me great advice as an owner moving forward.They walked me through the entire process and educated me on the pests they were treating..Please do better with your company ethics and or the people that are representing your business… Smh
