    Al and Tola were great! They spent time telling me what they were about to do, and spent a reasonable amount of time to do it. They were very thorough in every aspect of their work. Al even helped us identify other issues that different folks would have to fix. The service is expensive, but they truly helped to make it worthwhile.

    Al Ward is our technician and is doing an outstanding job. Since the service began in the spring, the service has been consistently impressive. Al calls before arriving and asks about specific concerns or areas needing extra attention since his last visit. This personalized approach is appreciated. A persistent ant issue was resolved in just one visit. His effectiveness and attention to detail are remarkable. Al Ward is a great asset to the ABC team.

    We have been customers of ABC Pest for many years, and more specifically have had Alfonzo Ward as our technician. He does an amazing job and always ensures all of our concerns are addressed in a timely manner. He’s always happy to come out for follow ups as needed and is extremely thorough. We love Al!

    WOW. There is so much good about ABC Pest and Home Services. I started with ABC decades ago when I lived in Lewisville, TX. In Dallas, I use ABC for pests, termite prevention, landscaping, lawn care, fence repair and handyman repairs. They have prompt and knowledgeable staff that treat you fairly. Their prices are reasonable too.

    Luis & Julio and his team at ABC Pest Control went above and beyond! Not only does Luis make sure our facility stays pest free but Julio and his crew also cleaned up and removed some dead trees for us. They worked quickly, safely, and left everything looking better than before. It’s rare to find a crew that’s both professional and friendly — highly recommend Luis for pest control & Julio and his team for landscaping!

    I contacted ABC Home and Commercial Services for Pest Control and I am glad I did. The sales representative that I worked with was Christopher McCllum. From our initial calls and my million questions in between, up to the time to schedule an appointment, Christopher was very thorough, focused, kind, detail oriented and had a great attitude. Our service tech was Mason and he was accompanied by Aaron. They were great! Mason and Aaron were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, thorough, patient and walked me through the process before they conducted the services and afterwards to discuss their findings, their areas of concern and they gladly answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation, and I welcomed their expertise. The follow up and communication with Mason has been great, along with the office staff (Sarah) who are so helpful and kind. I am pleased with the results and can see that customer satisfaction and effective results are important to ABC Home and Commercial Services.

    Thanks to Aaron, Mason and Adrian. All three provide me with rodent control. My house is now sealed of all openings so no more critters can enter. Thank you for a thorough, efficient and professional job. They answered all my questions and communicated as to what they would do and actually did more. Great professionals to have with ABC.

    Michael came over for a follow-up visit today since I wasn’t able home for our quarterly treatment. ABC and his customers are lucky to have him. He solved an indoor ant issue and investigated a wasp problem outside. In doing so, he went above and beyond! He gave great tips and recommendations too. The front office also was so easy to get in touch with in order to schedule the follow-up—all free of charge. Great company with great service!

    Every person I spoke with has been so helpful , from Stephanie who made my appointment & Aaron who came to do the inspection & Mason who sprayed & baited things & Reese his supervisor . I really appreciate the work they did for me . I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever have any more problems . Today September 24 , 2025 Mason came back out to put more bait around the house since I was still having ants . Mason really does a great job , he is very knowledgeable and helpful . This is a very reliable company and backs up what they say and do . I am very pleased with this company and their employees .

    Phillip is our technician. We feel he does an excellent job. He is friendly, polite and thorough. Our complaint is that we feel we have a trust relationship with your company by trusting you with our credit card number and allowing you to charge to it. We feel you violate that relationship by simply raising the price when you decide and without any notice charge us the higher price. When there is a price increase we should be notified BEFORE the service. It should be our decision as to whether or not we want to continue the service and pay the higher cost. When providing you with our credit card number we did not intend for it to be used as a blank check. It is because of this that we are considering other options. It is because of the great service we receive from Phillip that we have not made the change as of yet.

    I had no idea the areas a rodent could enter into my home,until I contacted ABC Pest Control. My sister saw them on Good Morning Texas,so we called after two weeks of trying to catch the one rodent we saw in my bedroom. Roderick Powell survey my home ,and showed professional information of what to expect upon the team arrival. Everything was done so proficient and impeccable service from both service technicians. Especially LeMicheal Brown, he worked meticulous on closing all areas on the outside that didn't even know existed. ABC Pest Control impressed me tremendously. It's pricey but the detail work that is done is worth every penny. I finally had a good night rest after 3 1/Weeks. Thank you ABC😀

    We paid 14k for ABC to go into the attic and clean the insulation out, sanitize up there get any Rodents that was up there. They claimed it was nest etc up there we have never seen a rat but we trusted their word. They were initial called out for a different job. They asked to see the attic and now we hear 14k later. We have heard rumbling after the fact . We have had issue with fleas and Mites now for over two months now. They sent someone out after rescheduling twice first time the guys had an attitude because it was close to their time to get off. They wasn’t thorough with the inspection and was kind of rude and sarcastic when I asked questions all I got was it looked good I insisted that it wasn’t good. They said they’ll follow up with my next visit? Then had the nerve to send a review. I called and requested another visit that same night my daughter was bite by a little red mite on her ankle playing with her dolls on the floor. I called back and they scheduled someone else to come out. I took off so I could be here, he cancelled. They told to just wait till just wait till my next appointment in Two weeks? I stated did you just here my daughter was bitten. So they said they’ll follow would try and get someone back out. They sent a tech out when I told them I wasn’t going to be available after he cancelled twice My wife took off two days in a row. He got here and told my wife that not these pics but worse than these that those are crumbs. That’s a insult for once you don’t tell people that they have crumbs in their mo room leather movie chairs. We have occupied that room maybe 3 times in 3 years and we have service that comes out 3 times a week so that was a lazy comment. My wife said he went in attic and was up there maybe 30 seconds tops came down said everything looks good came down and left. Sent a bill that said Rodent excursion. I called and complained about service and bill they tell me the bill is something they add on to come and check and make sure that all entry points are sealed and everything looks good from that 14k job. I told Stephanie that I was never told about that and if your going to charge that type of money put bait boxes or something down. We are not paying you 80 dollars to walk around the home and the attic in 3 minutes. I’ve tried to call them about the fleas that have been a issue since we paid the 14k they haven’t returned a call after 7 attempts. Stephanie keeps saying she is giving management the messages they are not responding and she is apologetic and saying how if she could do more. The Guys who I even talked to at first stopped communicating after they got the money. This is bad business and we are going to have to protect ourselves. I’ve paid to have cars detail because of transferring mites and Fleas we had to have clothes sent to cleaners the pest control guy won’t touch ABC every other company has came out and said most definitely fleas and mites. ABC is trying to get another contract off something they was supposed to have taken care of intialy. This is so frustrating and we are looking into next steps never again we aren’t asking for anything not owed to us!

    I appreciate the technician arriving on time and being very thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. this gives me a feeling that using ABC provides a great value for the services provided.
